1stbet Platform Rules & Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 1stbet ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting services available at https://1stbet.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through 1stbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by 1stbet.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 1stbet, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting, virtual sports, poker, and all promotional programmes. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the 1stbet Platform, through which the User accesses services and conducts financial transactions.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any pending bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or incentive amounts credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and validity periods.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedure required by 1stbet prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the exclusive account currency of the 1stbet Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a game outcome, sporting event result, or any other wagerable event available through the Platform.
• "Operator" refers to the entity operating the 1stbet Platform under its international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the website at https://1stbet.cam, its associated mobile applications, and all digital interfaces through which 1stbet services are delivered.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified algorithmic system used to ensure unpredictable and fair outcomes in casino games.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary mechanism by which a User requests temporary or permanent suspension of their account access for responsible gambling purposes.

To register and maintain an active account on 1stbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of your use of the Platform.
4. You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the 1stbet Platform. Only one (1) account per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such individual employed by 1stbet or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on account of, any third party. All accounts must be registered in the User's own name and operated solely by the registered account holder.

To register an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1stbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Duplicate Accounts. The creation of more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1stbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any outstanding balance pending review, and void any wagers or bonus credits associated with the duplicate account.

Account Verification (KYC). 1stbet may at any time, and will at the time of a withdrawal request, require the User to complete identity verification by submitting copies of a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the 1stbet Platform are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). 1stbet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges which are beyond 1stbet's control.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 1stbet Platform:

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 1stbet Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute the proceeds of any criminal activity. 1stbet operates a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds derived from real-money deposits and confirmed net winnings. Bonus funds and promotional credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Processing Times. 1stbet targets processing of all verified withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow typically complete within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect may take up to two (2) business days in exceptional circumstances.

Verification Requirements. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 1stbet will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used for the originating deposit without additional verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for bank transfers and RM 30 for e-wallet channels.

Withdrawal Limits. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply based on the User's verified VIP tier. Users may request a limit review by contacting our support team. 1stbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed applicable thresholds.

1stbet offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to the general provisions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion details page.

Validity Period. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that remain outstanding at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically without compensation.

Bonus Abuse. 1stbet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting system errors, reverse withdrawal patterns, and low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Birthday Bonus. Birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 for VIP Elite members) are credited automatically based on the date of birth registered at the time of account creation, subject to the User's account being in good standing and KYC verification being complete. Birthday bonus values are determined by the User's VIP tier at the time of the birthday date.

All wagers placed through the 1stbet sportsbook and casino products are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport, or event market. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game/sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of the matter to which they relate.

Sportsbook. Sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets published on the Platform at the time of placement. 1stbet reserves the right to suspend or void any market at any time prior to settlement if it believes there is reasonable grounds to do so, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, system error, or significant odds-feed disruption. The outcome of all bets is determined based on official results from the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question.

Live / In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to technical availability of the live betting interface. 1stbet does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and will not be liable for bets that could not be placed due to platform latency or communication delays between the User's device and the Platform.

Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. 1stbet does not manipulate game outcomes.

Bet Acceptance. A wager is only confirmed once the Platform has returned a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction reference number. Verbal confirmation by support staff does not constitute bet acceptance.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with the use of the 1stbet Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform outside of normal human use;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or loopholes in the Platform's systems to place bets at incorrect odds or on misconfigured markets;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith;
• Laundering funds through the Platform, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1stbet employees, support agents, or other registered users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation;
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, self-exclusion measure, or account closure imposed by 1stbet.

Termination by the User. You may close your 1stbet Account at any time by contacting our support team and submitting a written closure request. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard procedure. Any remaining balance will be refunded to a verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Termination by 1stbet. 1stbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or unverifiable identification or payment information;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to comply with a KYC verification request within the stated timeframe;
• Receipt of a formal complaint, legal order, or regulatory direction requiring account suspension.

Where an account is closed by 1stbet for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1stbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided thereon. This includes but is not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other intangible loss.

Platform Availability. 1stbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. 1stbet will not be liable for losses resulting from any period of unavailability.

Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party payment processors, game providers, and data feed services. 1stbet does not accept liability for errors, delays, or failures attributable to third-party providers, including but not limited to payment processing delays by Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go, or any other payment operator.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1stbet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

1stbet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Participation on the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. We operate a range of responsible gambling tools designed to support healthy play habits.

Available Self-Management Tools. The following tools are available to all registered users at any time through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Reality Check Prompts — Enable periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and current balance;
• Self-Exclusion — Request temporary or permanent suspension of your account access.

Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to take a break from gambling are encouraged to activate the Self-Exclusion tool. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be locked and the User will be unable to deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the 1stbet Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that 1stbet may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required by applicable law or where necessary to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

1stbet employs 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

1stbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, 1stbet will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and submit an account closure request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1stbet holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, where necessary, through the dispute resolution procedures established by 1stbet's licensing authority.

Complaint Procedure. Users who wish to raise a formal complaint must contact 1stbet's support team in writing, setting out the nature of the complaint in sufficient detail. 1stbet will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Users who remain dissatisfied following 1stbet's response may escalate their complaint to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures established by that authority.
